I can’t say enough good things about Temecula Dental Implants & Oral Surgery and Dr. Dmitry Y. Tsvetov, DDS, MD, and his incredible staff. My All-on-4 implants far exceeded my expectations! They use the newest technology and 3D X-rays to scan your entire mouth and create the perfect custom fit.
I had absolutely no pain after my procedure—just a little swelling and bruising—and I was able to return to work after only five days. Before this, I used to tilt my head down when talking so people wouldn’t see my teeth. It made me so sad because I was smiling on the inside but couldn’t show it.
Now I’m smiling at everything and everyone! My husband even said I was smiling in my sleep. And these are only my provisionals! I’ll be getting my final set in three months, and they say they look even better than the temporaries—which is hard to imagine because these already look beautiful.

When my son needed dental work, his teeth had gradually gotten worse over the years. We had seen three different implant dentists before, but we were truly impressed with Temecula Dental Implants and Oral Surgery.
Daisy, the treatment advisor, helped us understand the entire process and the costs involved. She was incredibly professional, informative, and provided excellent customer service.
Dr. Dmitry Tsvetov was very clear and detailed in explaining the implant procedure, which gave us confidence and peace of mind. The entire office staff was also extremely helpful and understanding, especially when arranging appointments. Since my son works six hours away, their flexibility and support made a big difference.
