Dr. T is a board certified Oral Surgeon, DDS MD specializing in Full Arch Solution. We do nothing but All-on-4, this is our bread & butter. We’ve performed over 300 All-on-X surgeries in the past 3 years. Dr T treats patients with compromised medical history as well as healthy ones.
Private Boutique Clinic
We place a lot of specialty implants : zygomatic & pterygoid implants for those patients who have no bone on the top. This allows us to avoid additional invasive and expensive procedures, such as bone grafting and sinus lifting, but still achieve predictable & stable results.
Zygomatic & Pterygoid Implants
Dr. Dmitry Tsvetov does everything from the surgery to the final teeth delivery himself, without referring out. He is available to his patients 24/7. For example, if a patient is bleeding in the middle of the night, Dr. Tsvetov will meet him in the office within 30 minutes and will take care of a surgical complications.
Complete In-House Treatment
We have fully digitalized workflow and in-house lab to ensure quick & precise outcome! We do not outsource anything to external labs. We have a smile designer & lab technician full-time and in-house. We have CT scan, intraoral scans, facial scans, PIC scans, 3D printers to print temporary teeth in house & a Milling machine to mill final teeth. Our technology allows us to deliver fixed teeth on the same day of the surgery. Patents come in at 8am with a miserable smile and leave our office with a brand new beautiful smile fixed on dental implants. It is non-removable.

Other Dental Practices
General Dentists
In most offices these will be General Dentists who place implants or best case visiting Oral Surgeons who come in only for the surgery and never sees the patient again. None of that with our resident in-house staff.
Profit-Driver Corporation Clinics
There are only a few dentists who use zygomatic or pterygoid implants. They will do invasive and expensive procedures, for example bone grafting & sinus augmentation first. This delays the Al;-on-4 process by a year without ensuring a predictable positive outcome.
Invasive Procedures
In most offices one dentist will do a consultation, someone else will do the surgery and restoration. If something goes wrong, who’s fault is it – the doctors who did the surgery or the restorative doctor’s? If there are surgical complications in the middle of the night a patient will be best case referred to ER. This is because dentists are not trained to solve surgical complications and visiting oral surgeons will not be available. Dr. Tsvetov is always available for you.
Outsourcing Procedures
Our competitors use external labs or, in the best case, one shared lab between multiple locations, unable to deliver same day teeth. Some of them use Asian labs to save money and do overnight shipping. What does it mean for a patient? They leave the office without teeth and get their teeth delivered a few days/weeks later.
Another common solution is to give patients a denture to wear for 3/6 months, before they get their final teeth.
Finally, they may deliver final teeth 24 hours after the surgery, when the patient is swollen and in pain. It is extremely difficult to achieve perfect bite & occlusion 24 hours after the surgery. So most probably patients will need to re-do their final teeth. Will they pay twice for it? No such practices with us!
Low-Cost Sedation Solutions
Other offices will do IV sedation with a surgery or use CRNs for General Anesthesia because it is cheaper. But this is completely unsafe for the patient.
External Sub-Par Labs
Most of our biggest competitors are corporations driven by hungry investors. Their short term goal is to sell the chain with fat profit. What will happened to their patients in a year or two is a big question mark. Our practice leaves no room for such uncertainties.
Hidden Extra Charges
Most offices will charge extra for extraction or additional bone graft or extra implants. For example, most of our competitors will charge more for All-on-6 vs All-on-4.
One-Size-Fits-All Solutions
The majority of our competitors will push a patient into one solution for all- most expensive zirconia option and will not give them a choice.
