What are permanent teeth and who is a candidate?

Permanent teeth are a fixed option for patients who want to move on from dentures or replace teeth that are no longer salvageable. Unlike removable appliances, these teeth are attached to dental implants placed in the jaw. Each set is custom-designed to look and feel like natural teeth, giving you a stable, long-term solution that stays in place.

Dr. Tsvetov often recommends permanent teeth for patients who are missing multiple teeth, experiencing loose or failing teeth, or struggling with advanced gum disease. This option is also well-suited for individuals who are frustrated with dentures that slip, shift, or never feel secure. Permanent teeth are designed to look, feel, and function like natural teeth, offering a long-term reliable solution. During your consultation, Dr. Tsvetov will take time to evaluate your oral health, bone structure, and medical history to determine the best path forward.

Why choose permanent teeth over removable dentures?

Permanent teeth are fixed in place and built to last a lifetime, so you never have to take them out.

Modern implant methods eliminate invasive, unpredictable procedures such as bone grafts or sinus lifts.

Teeth anchored by implants give you the biting strength of natural teeth and a smile that looks completely authenthic.

Unlike dentures, which require frequent adjustments and replacements, permanent teeth require only routine care like natural teeth and are designed to last for decades.
